When is the payment due

Payments are due the first of every month.

Can i cancel at ANY TIME?

Yes! If you want to cancel, just let us know and the program will non-renew the next month.

How many times can i use the service per month

As many as you want! Remember, this is different. We want you to feel free to call or text whenever you have questions.

AS A patient of Simply Health, will i still need health insurance?

No, however we do recommend our clients continue to carry a major medical plan and a health savings account, thereby ensuring financial help should hospitalization or referral to a specialist be necessary.

if i have medicare, can i still join simply health?

Yes. You only need to sign a one-time waiver declaring that neither you nor your doctor will directly bill Medicare for our services. Medicare will still cover any laboratory testing, imaging, medications, or hospitalizations prescribed by our office.

what if i need medical attention while i am away fROM home?

No problem! Because of our personal relationship with you, we know you well and can streamline your care while you’re away from home. Many illnesses and injuries can easily be diagnosed and treated via phone, email, text, or webcam. We’ll locate a pharmacy near you should medications be necessary for your care.
